又是一年开学季,一封封入学通知书寄到了安正员工子女的手中,为了上学费用,更是几家欢喜几家愁。而此时,安正集团这个温暖的大家庭也早已关注到了员工们的需求,开始了安正慈善基金会13年“安正子弟育才计划”的助学活动。从2010年起,安正集团每年都会资助家庭困难的员工子女上大学,今年,截止9月1日也已有27位员工递交申请资料,这些申请材料审核完成后,将在10月31日前为安正员工子女发放助学金。
一直以来集团董事长、安正慈善基金会名誉理事长郑安政都把发展教育、为教育做贡献看成是自己义不容辞的责任。
2012年,安正慈善基金会设立了“安正子弟育才计划”高等教育基金,致力于发展教育、为教育做贡献的社会责任举措。计划每年设立10万元专项教育基金用于资助安正时尚集团职工子女上接受高等教育。
安正时尚集团公司员工,特别是生产一线员工子女都留守家乡,这些员工不远万里,来到安正,在这里努力工作,为公司的发展发挥了重要作用。为表达对安正员工和莘莘学子的深切关怀,支持教育事业,同时鼓励、支持生产一线员工子女接受高等教育,解决员工子女教育的后顾之忧。集团特别设立了“安正子弟育才计划”高等教育基金用以资助员工子女接受高等教育。根据员工在公司的实际情况,其子女每年可享受1000—1800元不等的教育基金资助。
一、安正子弟育才计划高等教育基金申领范围为:
1、安正时尚集团股份有限公司生产中心(限生产部、品质部、物流部、技术部4个部门)一线正式职工,劳动合同满一年以上。
2、其直系子女(含符合法律规定的领养子女)即将入学或正在接受高等教育(国家统招专科、本科)。
3、其子女品学兼优,无不良记录。
二、安正子弟育才计划高等教育基金资助标准:
根据员工在司情况及其子女受教育程度不同,在提供相应证明后,即可获取相应梯次的助学金资助。标准如下:

1、父母双方均是生产中心在职员工(双职工),只能一人申领,不得兼领和重领;
2、父母双方均是生产中心在职员工,如工龄不同,且另一职工需满工龄一年以上,按其最长工龄一方计。
三、安正子弟育才计划高等教育基金申领流程:
1、首次申请,申领人需持家庭户口本、村部或街道盖章证明、子女身份证复印件、子女所在学校(国家全日制统招)录取通知书或证明,并填写申请表格。
2、在学期间每学年需提供子女上学年成绩单复印件及人资开具的父母在职证明,并填写申请表格。
3、每年的8月1日至10月31日,为助学金的固定发放时间。
4、财务在复核通过后,发放助学金至其指定申领人,并签字确认收取。
5、助学结束后,需由其申领人子女提交成绩报告、在校社会活动、公益活动说明、图片及就业方向至管理学院存档、宣传。
6、所有有关助学金文件,均交由安正慈善基金会存档保管。
2012年10月31日,安正子弟育才计划高等教育基金向29为员工发放了第一批助学金,共计34500元。
教育是民族振兴和社会进步的基石,一直以来安正时尚集团也把支持教育作为企业自身的责任。近年来,安正时尚集团、安正慈善基金先后捐助了云南知子路小学、海宁市高级中学、海宁市一中、海宁市双山实验学校、海宁市海昌街道中心幼儿园、甘肃渭源县坡儿小学等。并与中国共产主义青年团乐清市委员会共同设立了“乐清市希望工程·浙江安正慈善基金会关爱助学奖学金”,以期为当地孩子提供更好的教育环境。
It is time to start a new semester again. Letter of admissions have been sent to the children of Anzheng employees. Lots of families will have to worry about the tuition fees. At this critical moment, Anzheng Group, a warm family for all Anzheng people, has long noticed its employees’ demand and Anzheng Charity Foundation started its 13 years’“Anzheng children’s education scheme”. Ever since 2010, Anzheng Group has been offering assistance to help the children of impoverished employees to go to college each year. This year, by September 1st, 27 employees have submitted applications for assistance. After reviewing the applications, Anzheng Group will grant student subsidies to the children of Anzheng employees before October 31st.
For all the time, Zheng Anzheng, president of Anzheng Group and honorary chairman of Anzheng Charity Foundation, has put education in the first place and taken education as his ongoing commitment.
In 2012, Anzheng Charity Foundation established the tertiary education fund-“Anzheng children’s education scheme”-to assume its social responsibility for developing and contributing to education. Under this scheme, the foundation will put aside 100,000 Yuan special education fund for helping children of Anzheng employees to receive tertiary education.
The children of many Anzheng employees, especially children of workers on production lines, have remained in their hometowns. Our employees travelled thousands of miles to work at Anzheng and made great contributions for the development of the Company. To express our most profound gratitude for Anzheng employees and compassion for the students, we are devoted to supporting education and encouraging children of production line workers to receive tertiary education in order to relieve employees’ worries about paying for their children’s tuition fees. The Group specially established “Anzheng children’s education scheme” tertiary education fund to help their children receive tertiary education. According to employees’ performance in the Company, their children may be entitled to the education fund of 1000-1800 Yuan.
1. Requirement for applying for tertiary education fund under Anzheng children’s education scheme:
1) Regular production line workers at the production center (production department, quality department, logistics department, and technology department only) of Anzheng Fashion Group Co., Ltd. who have served a term of labor contract for at least one year.
2) Their children (including legally adopted children) are about to start or are receiving tertiary education (state-sanctioned diploma or undergraduate studies).
3) Their children excel in both studies and behaviors and are free of any bad credit history.
2. The funding standard for tertiary education fund under Anzheng children’s education scheme
According to employees’ performance and the education level of their children, after providing relevant evidences, they will be able to receive corresponding student subsidies according to the criteria below:

1) If both parents are employees from the production center, only one person shall apply. It is not allowed for both parents to apply at the same time or apply twice.
2) If both parents are employees from the production same and have different service life and the other party is obliged to serve over one year, the party with longer service shall prevail.
3. Application procedure for tertiary education fund under Anzheng children’s education scheme
1) For first-time application, applicant shall provide household registration book, village or subdistrict seal, photocopy of child’s identity card, letter of admission or certificate from the child’s school (state-sanctioned full time study), as well as the completed application form.
2) Each semester year parent shall provide the photocopy of child’s academic transcripts and the employment certificate issued by the HR Department as well as the completed application form.
3) Each year from August 1st to October 31st will be the time for granting of student subsidy.
4) After being reviewed and approved by the Financial Department, the subsidy will be granted to designated applicant, who shall sign and receive the subsidy.
5. After completion, the child of the applicant shall submit academic transcripts, evidences social activities in the school and public welfare activities, photos, as well as career plan to the management institute for record and propaganda activities.
6) All documents related to education assistance shall be provided to Anzheng Charity Foundation for safekeeping.
On October 31st 2012, Anzheng children’s education scheme granted the fist lot of subsidies to 29 employees, amounting to 34,500 Yuan in total.
Education is the cornerstone for national revitalization and social development. For all the time, Anzheng Fashion Group looks upon education as its own social responsibility. Recently, Anzheng Fashion Group and Anzheng Charity Foundation has donated for Zhizilu Primary School in Yunnan, Haining Senior High School, Haining No.1 Middle School, Shuangshan Experimental School in Haining, Haichang Subdistrict Central Kindergarten in Haining City, and Po’er Primary School in Weiyuan County, Gansu Province. In addition, they have also jointly set up “Yueqing Hope Project•Zhejiang Anzheng Charity Foundation Education Subsidy” together with Yueqing Committee of the Communist Youth League of China, hoping to create a better educational environment for local children.
