3月12日上午，安正时尚集团SAP项目实施启动大会在上海二楼多媒体会议室隆重召开，此次会议正式拉开了安正集团SAP项目全面实施的序幕。集团董事长郑安政先生、副董事长陈克川先生、常务副总裁赵典媚女士、项目负责人、副总裁谭才年先生、信息技术中心总监王齐斌先生及各中心/事业部领导、项目组成员及SAP公司华东区总经理张志琦先生、达美公司总裁刘涛先生及顾问团队，共计60余人出席了本次会议。

   SAP是目前世界排名第一的ERP软件，财富500强80%以上的企业都正在从SAP管理方案中获益，此次集团携手SAP公司、达美公司引入顶极的ERP软件，旨在优化、标准化财务和生产供应链流程；奠定公司快速发展的基础平台。

   启动大会由项目经理葛金斌先生主持，在会上，董事长指出：引入SAP是公司管理信息化过程中的关键一步，势在必行，最终目的是要通过项目的推进实施，整合公司资源，优化资源配置及流程，提升企业整体管理水平和综合竞争能力。集团对SAP项目的重视程度非常之高，并给予了充分支持，常务副总裁赵典媚女士和副总裁谭才年先生亲自负责，充分参与整个项目的进程；要求顾问公司充分发挥专业性和主导作用，有高度、有深度的主导项目推动，在项目实施过程中将好的行业经验带给安正，融入安正，同时培养安正的团队；另外要求项目团队在项目过程要抓住关键控制点，以管理、控制和流程标准化为导向，梳理流程并融入项目，董事长最后要求全体员工尤其是本次项目组成员要高度重视配合项目实施工作，齐心协力把项目做成功。

   SAP公司领导与达美公司领导也在会议上明确，将和安正一起共同努力确保SAP项目的顺利实施与成功上线。

   项目负责人，副总裁谭才年先生诠释了管理层对SAP项目的理解和对项目团队的要求，强调SAP项目不是一个IT项目，而是集团公司最大的一个管理项目，是支持公司长期、可持续发展的管理咨询项目，要求各部门，各项目小组坚定信念，坚强信心不懈努力,积极付出，希望通过一、两年的全员努力，实现感性与理性的平衡，实现时尚与管理的完美结合，认为项目过程会有困难和艰辛，但项目的成果和结果对公司和团队都将有着不可估量的意义。

   此次集团SAP项目启动大会的成功召开,标志着集团SAP项目实施工作已经进入蓝图设计阶段。而SAP项目管理系统的实施,也将为提升安正集团的管理水平和可持续发展能力注入新的动力。

The launch meeting of Anzheng Fashion Group SAP project was grandly held in the multi-media conference room on the second floor in Shanghai in the morning on March 12th. This meeting officially kicked off the overall implementation of Anzheng Group’s SAP project. Over 60 distinguished guests, including President Mr. Zheng Anzheng, Vice-president Mr. Chen Kechuan, executive vice-president Mrs. Zhao Dianmei, project manager and vice-president Mr. Tan Cainian, chief director of information and technology center Mr. Wang Qibin, various leaders, project members, Mr. Zhang Zhiqi, GM of SAP’s eastern China region, and Mr. Liu Tao, CEO of Delta Company, and his team members, took part in this meeting.

SAP is the world number one ERP software. Over 80% of the Fortune 500 companies have benefited from SAP management plan. Cooperation with SAP and Delta Company for introducing ERP software aims at optimizing and standardizing financial and production supply chain procedures and paving way for the rapid growth of JZ Company.

The launch meeting was hosted by project manager Mr. Ge Jinbin. In the meeting, the President pointed out that introduction of SAP was a key measure for management informatization. The objective of SAP introduction was, through the project implementation, to integrate company resources, optimize resource allocation and processing, and promote the overall management skill and comprehensive competitiveness of the Company. The Group has attached great importance to and fully supports SAP project, which will be under direct charge of executive vice-president Mrs. Zhao Dianmei and vice-president Mr. Tan Cainian who will fully participate in the construction of the entire project. Consulting companies have been required to use their specialty and leading role to carry out the project and introduce the useful industrial experience to Anzheng during project implementation and at the same provide training to Anzheng employees; in addition, the project team will have to identify key factors, for the purpose of management, control, and process standardization, normalize the processes and blend the same into the project. At last, the president hoped that all employees, the project team members in particular, pay high attention to the project implementation and make effort to successfully accomplish this project.

Leaders from SAP and Delta also clearly expressed their willing to work together with Anzheng to ensure the successful implementation and production of SAP project.

Project manager and vice-president Mr. Tan Cainian expressed the management’s understanding about SAP project and requirement on the project team. He stressed that SAP was not an IT project only, but the largest management project of the Group and a management consultation project for the long-term and sustainable development of the Group. Therefore, he demanded that all divisions and project teams make up their mind, build up their confidence, and make continuous effort to achieve emotional and rational balance and achieve the perfect combination between fashion and management within one or two years. He mentioned that during such process, there would be difficulties and setbacks, however, the achievements of this project would be of great significance to both the Group and the teams.

The success of SAP project launch meeting marked that SAP project has entered design stage. While the implementation of SAP project management system will also increase the management skill and instill new energy for the sustainable development of Anzheng Group.
