2014年5月24日，天朗气清，彩云当空。在海宁生产中心，安正时尚集团第四届劳动技能大赛在众人的翘首中终于拉开了帷幕，集团副总裁赵典媚赵老师、集团副总裁金俊先生以及生产中心总经理曾云榜先生也来到现场为安正员工们送上比赛祝福。此次比赛以“快乐劳动月，幸福安正人”为主题，旨在以趣味赛的形式，让安正的劳动者们意识到劳动的快乐，在劳动中创造价值，在劳动中收获幸福。

   从早上9点开始，所有的工作人员就开始了忙碌的准备工作，从会议上对裁判人员规则的宣贯和答疑，到活动物资的准备，场地的布置，所有的细节之处无一不是精心安排，细致考量。

  下午3点，各车间的参赛人员开始在空地上集合，随后，海宁生产中心总经理曾云榜先生为此次活动致开幕词，昭示比赛正式开始。在工作人员有序引导下，参加团队赛和个人赛的选手分别前往规定的比赛地点，开始进行赛前准备。

   经过裁判对比赛规则的演示，行政楼前的接力夹珠子，仓库楼前的飞镖大战，员工食堂里的穿针引线，三项比赛如火如荼的展开。经过激烈的争夺战，团队赛五支队伍将比分紧紧咬住，互不相让。在个人赛现场，选手们也是摩拳擦掌，各展所长，飞镖大赛看准度，穿针引线论娴熟。随着裁判报出“XXX，3发25环！”，人群中顿时一阵激动，“XXX，2分钟穿15针！”，围观人群拍手叫好，“干得好！”，“真棒！”等鼓舞人心的话语，激励的氛围，给了员工们自信和勇气。

   当然，比赛的高潮部分自然在我们的压轴大项目——穿衣跳大绳上，这项比赛的规则不可谓不复杂，趣味不可谓不丰富，而其中的亮点尤其集中在我们的五位特邀男模们身上，当他们穿上我们的玖姿服饰，搭配墨镜、手包等配饰亮相，真是各具风情，独领风骚，现场的观众们里三层外三层，只为一睹其风采。

   经过三轮激烈的争夺，我们的生产五支队伍在团队赛中，分别取得了不菲的成绩，其中，生产一队获得优秀团队奖，生产五队获得卓越团队奖。集团副总裁赵典媚赵老师、集团副总裁金俊先生以及生产中心总经理曾云榜先生分别为团队赛的五支队伍颁发了荣誉证书和奖励，并留下了难忘的合影。

   随着集团副总裁赵典媚赵老师激情飞扬的闭幕词，安正时尚集团第四届劳动技能大赛终于落下帷幕。比赛有终点，幸福劳动无止境。安正的劳动者们，在这次技能比赛中收获的不仅是一次比赛的乐趣，更多的是对劳动的理解，从劳动中收获正能量，在劳动中收获人生的价值。

On May 24, 2014, the sky was clear and bright with clouds high above. The awaited 4^th labor skills competition of Anzheng Fashion Group was finally kicked off at Haining production center. Vice President Zhao Dianmei, Mr. Jin Jun and Mr. Zeng Yunbang, General Manager of production center arrived at the scene to send their best wishes to Anzheng employees. Themed with “happy labor month, happy Anzheng people”, the competition aimed to make Anzheng workers recognize the happiness of labor with funny competitions to create value and harvest happiness in labor.

The workers started preparations from 9:00am, elaborately arranging and carefully considering all details from publicity and implementation of referee’s rules and answering of questions at the meeting to preparation of materials for activity and layout of site.

                                                                                                                                                                                Competitors of workshops gathered on an open space at 15:00, and then Mr. Zeng Yunbang, General Manager of Haining production center, delivered his opening speech for the activity, formally kicking off the competition. Under the orderly guidance of workers, competitors of group and individual competitions respectively went to the stipulated competition sites to make preparation for the competition.

After demonstration of competition rules by the referee, bead griping relay in front of the administrative building, dart wars in front of the warehouse and threading needles in staff canteen were launched. After fierce scramble, the five teams of group competition were at par with each other in scores. At the scene of individual competition, competitors gave full play to their strong points. Dart wars depended on accuracy while threading needles on proficiency. With the referee reporting “XXX, 25 rings with 3 shots!”, the crowd got excited. “XXX, threaded 15 needles in 2min!” The crowd applauded, saying “Well done!” “Terrific!” and other encouraging words. The stimulant atmosphere gave employees confidence and courage.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

The climax of competition certainly was our finale- rope skipping. The rules of this competition were complicated and intriguing. The highlight was particularly on our five specially invited male models. When they put on our JZ clothes with sunglasses, handbags and other accessories, they were preeminent in different styles. The audiences at the scene swarmed around them to appreciate their mien.

After three rounds of fierce scramble, five production teams achieved outstanding results in group competition. No.1 production team won Excellent Team Award, and No.5 production team obtained Outstanding Team Award. Vice President Zhao Dianmei and Mr. Jin Jun, and Mr. Zeng Yunbang, General Manager of production center respectively awarded the five teams certificate of honor and reward, and took an unforgettable group photo.

With the passionate closing speech of Vice President Zhao Dianmei, the 4^th labor skills competition of Anzheng Fashion Group came to an end. There is an end of competition, but happy labor is endless. What the workers of Anzheng harvested in the skills competition was not only fun of competition, but also understanding of labor, namely harvesting positive energy and value of life in labor.
