6月16日至6月17日,SAP项目组分别在公司二楼多媒体会议室组织召开了SAP项目财务模块、供应链管理模块的方案汇报会,集团常务副总裁赵老师、副总裁谭总及各业部门伙伴一起参加了方案汇报会,此次方案汇报会的目标是通过查漏补缺,确保蓝图设计内容的完整。
6月25日,安正时尚集团SAP项目蓝图阶段工作总结大会在集团总部六楼会议室隆重举行,董事长、常务副总裁赵老师、副总裁谭总、顾总和顾问公司达美董事长刘总以及项目全体成员齐聚一堂由项目经理汇报项目取得的阶段性成果,在项目负责人赵老师和谭总的带领下,通过项目组全体人员的共同努力,经过三个半月的奋战完成了。
SAP项目主要分为五个阶段:项目准备阶段、蓝图设计阶段、系统实现阶段和系统上线准备阶段及上线支持阶段,自3月12日SAP项目正式启动以来,按照项目建设目的、目标和任务要求,项目组全体成员的高度配合以及顾问团队积极负责的工作热情之下,迄今为止,前两个阶段工作已经顺利完成。
各项计划都如期完成。会议的最后,董事长对SAP项目提出了殷切的希望:要求集团人员全力配合项目的实施,做好知识沉淀,借助实施SAP项目的契机,对其他IT系统如分销、PLM 系统等的流程、数据进行梳理、清理,认识到研发数据库、采购数据库、生产数据库等源头数据的重要性,强调“进去的是垃圾,出来的绝对也是垃圾”。
SAP项目蓝图设计阶段是项目最重要的一个环节。项目组根据集团的要求,在充分考虑实际需求的基础上,进行详细的调研,深入探讨研究业务现状,结合SAP的系统功能,组织模块内及跨模块专题讨论,进行流程梳理、研讨和设计,对现有流程进行优化和整合,并适当调整业务职责,确保蓝图方案设计先进、有效和实用;对项目进度与质量严格把关,充分考虑集团需求,保持SAP蓝图设计与公司内控流程的高度一致,实现现有业与SAP系统的有机融合,避免系统与实际业务脱节、系统流程不合理等现象的发生,从而确保公司集团SAP项目的成功。接下来,项目将全面进入系统实现阶段。系统实现需要进一步深化、细化SAP项目系统的业务功能和流程,执行过程中将充分考虑集团的实际业务需求,把握时间节点,借鉴服饰行业其他客户的成功经验,合理运用到项目建设中。在业务部门的支持与项目团队的共同努力下,最终确保SAP项目的顺利实施与成功。
During June 1617, SAP project group held scheme briefing of SAP project financial module and supply chain management module in multimedia meeting room on the 2nd floor o the company. Executive Vice President Ms Zhao, Vice President Mr. Tan and partners of departments attended the scheme briefing, the objective of which was to locate and make up the deficiencies, and ensure the completeness of blueprint design.
On June 25, work summary conference of blueprint stage of SAP project of Anzheng Fashion Group was solemnly held in the meeting room on the 6th floor of headquarters. Chairman and Executive Vice President Ms Zhao, Vice President Mr. Tan and Mr. Gu, Mr. Liu, chairman of Damei Consulting Company, and all project members got together. The project manager reported the staged achievement of the project, which was made through the joint efforts of project group members under the leadership of project leaders Ms Zhao and Mr. Tan after three and a half months.
SAP project is mainly divided into five stages: project preparation, blueprint design, system implementation, preparation for system launch and launch support. Since SAP project was formally launched on March 12, the first two stages have been smoothly completed with cooperation of project group members and responsible enthusiasm of consultant team according to purpose, objective and task requirements of project construction.
Plans have been finished on schedule. At the end of the meeting, Chairman expressed his ardent hope for SAP project, required staff to fully cooperate in project implementation, accumulate knowledge, sort and clear the process and data of other IT systems, such as distribution, PLM system, etc. by dint of the opportunity of implementing SAP project, recognize the importance of research & development database, purchase database, production database and other source data, and emphasized that “input rubbish, you will absolutely output rubbish”.
Blueprint design of SAP project is the most important part. As required by the Group, on the basis of fully considering actual demand, the project group carries out detailed survey and in-depth study on status quo of business, organizes module and cross-module seminars in line with system function of SAP, conducts sorting, discussion and design of processes, optimizes and integrates the existing processes, and appropriately adjusts business responsibilities to ensure advanced, effective and practical blueprint scheme design; strictly controls project progress and quality, fully considers requirements of the Group, keeps SAP blueprint design highly consistent with internal control process of the company, achieves the organic integration of existing business and SAP system, and avoids disconnection between system and practical business, unreasonable system process, etc. to ensure success of SAP project of the Group. Next, the project will enter the stage of system implementation. System implementation needs to further deepen and refine business function and process of SAP project system. In implementation, fully consider practical business requirements of the Group, grasp time nodes, and draw lessons from successful experience of other customers in clothing industry to properly use in project construction. Finally ensure smooth implementation and success of SAP project with the support of business department and joint efforts of project team.
