6月30日，浙江安正慈善基金会会长陈贤芬女士、荣誉会长金素芬女士等一行人奔赴浙江温州北白象第七小学参加“乐清市希望工程·安正关爱奖学金”发放仪式。

上午9点，在北白象第七小学的阶梯教室里，坐着充满生命活力的小学生们，或许是终于结束了考试，迎来了最快乐的暑假，小家伙们满脸抑制不住的喜悦。9点30分，会议主持人宣布活动进入第一阶段：捐赠仪式。由浙江安正慈善基金会陈贤芬会长将注明25万元的捐赠牌递交到共青团乐清市委代表卓秉瑜女士手中，现场掌声热烈。第二阶段活动中，由与会的各领导分别为受助对象颁发助学金，可爱的小朋友们用高举过头顶的敬礼表达着感恩之情。

捐赠仪式结束后，在乐清市相关部门领导的陪同下，陈贤芬会长与金素芬会长参观了北白象第七小学。学校里正在举办活动，小学生们或在拼搭木质模型、或在手工DIY烘焙，团市委领导表示，基金会捐赠的金额，部分用于购买此类器材，意在开发青少年的动手能力及思考能力，是为对青少年成长模式教育的一种新的探索。

“乐清市希望工程·安正关爱奖学金”是由浙江安正慈善基金会与中国共产主义青年团乐清市团市委员会共同设立。该助学计划分三年实施，基金会按照第一年10万，第二年15万，第三年25万的分配额度进行捐赠。今年是该计划实施的第三年，也是最后一年，基金会希望通过这个计划，帮助乐清市家庭经济困难的中、小学生顺利完成学业。

WeLove Dream, Realizea Dream for Love- The First Yueqing Learning Assistance Event of ZhejiangAnzheng Charity Foundation Ends with Success

On June 30, Ms Chen Xianfen, the president of ZhejiangAnzheng Charity Foundation and Ms Jin Sufen, the honorary president of ZhejiangAnzheng Charity Foundation and other relevant persons attended the issuingceremony of Project Hope of Yueqing City·Anzheng Care Scholarship held in Beibaixiang No.7 Primary School ofWenzhou City, Zhejiang Province.

At 9 o’clock in the morning, the vigorous pupilssitting in a terrace classroom of Beibaixiang No.7 Primary School were wearingan irrepressibly happy expression because the most delighting summer vocationwas coming after the final examination. At 9:30 a.m., the conferencefacilitator announced that the first stage of the event, the donation ceremonybegan. Chen Xianfen, the president of Zhejiang Anzheng Charity Foundationpresented a donation card indicating RMB 250,000 to Ms Zhuo Bingyu, arepresentative of the Communist Youth League of Yueqing Municipal Party Committee,which received a warm applause from the spectators. In the second stage, theleaders attending the meeting awarded scholarship to the recipients. The lovelykids expressed their gratitude by saluting the leaders with their hands liftedup above their heads.

After the donation ceremony ends, ChenXianfen, the president and Jin Sufen, the honorary president visitedBeibaixiang No.7 Primary School accompanied by relevant department heads ofYueqing City. The school was organizing activities. Some pupils were assemblingwooden models, others were baking by themselves. The head of the CommunistYouth League of Yueqing Municipal Party Committee said part of the moneydonated by the charity foundation would be used to buy such equipment todevelop the teenagers’ operational ability and thinking ability, which was anew kind of exploration of teenagers’ growth model and education.

Project Hope ofYueqing City·Anzheng CareScholarship is jointly established by Zhejiang Anzheng Charity Foundation and theCommunist Youth League of China, Yueqing Municipal Committee. The program toassist the impoverished students shall be implemented in three years. ZhejiangAnzheng Charity Foundation shall donate RMB 100,000 in the first year, RMB150,000 in the second year and RMB 250,000 in the third year. This year is thethird and also the last year of the program. Zhejiang Anzheng CharityFoundation wishes to help the middle school students and pupils in impoverishedfamilies of Yueqing City finish studies smoothly through the program.
